Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges are accepted at Fan Quarter LLC. with special circumstances.

Only for errors on our end (i.e defects) no for errors on customer end (i.e sizing) If you have any issues, please email mail@fanquarter.com with order number and brief description before sending item back. Order must be approved by us for the exchange beforehand.

If the exchange is granted by us all items must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with tags and labels still intact. ALL EXCHANGES HAS TO BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ORDER. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen parcels during shipping process.
